You Don't Need Another AI Course for Your Business
You don't need another AI course. You need someone to build it into your business — with you.
(One-on-one.)
If that line hits a little different than the usual "5 AI tools for small business" post, good. Because that's exactly the problem.
You've probably already tried
If you're a business owner, chances are you've already dabbled in AI. Maybe you've asked ChatGPT to write an email. Maybe you bought a course. Maybe you watched a dozen "AI tips" reels and bookmarked half of them, meaning to go back.
And chances are, none of it actually stuck — because none of it was about your business.
That's not a you problem. It's a format problem. Courses and tip lists are built for everyone, which means they're built for no one in particular. You end up doing the translation work yourself — figuring out how a generic prompt example applies to your actual client list, your actual services, your actual day-to-day. Most people don't have time for that translation work. So the AI tools sit there, half-used, while the overwhelm keeps building.
Before and after
Here's what that usually looks like, before anything changes:
Before: Scattered. Bouncing between AI tools with no system, retyping the same context every time, not sure if you're using it "right," and no real plan for what to do next.
Sound familiar? Here's the shift I want for you instead:
After: A working system built around your business. Prompts and skills you actually reuse. A process you understand well enough to keep building on your own — long after any formal help ends.
That gap — between scattered and systemized — is exactly what I built the AI Blueprint Sprint to close.
What that actually looks like
This isn't a course. It's a 90-day, one-on-one engagement — four live build sessions plus check-ins along the way, all centered on your actual business. By the end, you walk away with:
A working prompt library, built from your real, repeated tasks — not generic examples
A custom skill, built from one of the things you do over and over, turned into a reusable tool
A source file library — your business knowledge captured so AI actually knows your business, not just answers generic questions
A "company brain" Project — set up to actually know how your business runs
Hands-on training in the parts most people skip — settings, memory, privacy, and choosing the right plan for you
Tips and tricks resources at every stage, so you're never starting from zero between sessions
A company AI policy template for use internally and with clients.
A tailored roadmap for what comes next, built for your business — not a cohort
Why one-on-one matters here
Most AI training is one-size-fits-all. You watch a video, maybe follow along, and then you're on your own to figure out how any of it applies to what you actually do all day.
This is different. Every session is one-on-one. Every tool we build — every prompt, every project, every system — is built with your real business information, live, in real time. You don't leave with theory. You leave with something you're already using.
Why I built this
I built this system for my own business first.
It took thousands of dollars in courses and months and months of deep-diving — for more than a year — figuring out what actually works for a small business, not just what sounds good in a webinar. Along the way, I started helping clients implement pieces of it too. Enough of them said "you should teach this" that I built the process into what it is today.
I'm not coming at this as a tech person. I'm a former commercial lender with 20+ years working with small business owners, now running my own bookkeeping and CFO advisory firm. I know what it's like to run a business — and I built this because I wanted AI to actually help mine.
If you're ready to stop being scattered
Spots are limited — this is one-on-one, so I only take a few clients through this at a time.
