I've spent more than 20 years in commercial and residential lending, working with small business owners across Montgomery County.
Again and again, I saw the same thing. A strong business would come in for financing, and the financial statements weren't there. Or they took weeks to pull together. Or the numbers on the page obviously weren't right.
These weren't careless owners. They were busy running good businesses, and no one had given them books they could trust or explained what the numbers meant.
I started Teal Business Solutions in 2023 to fix that. My approach is simple: clean books first, then clear insight. When your numbers are right, you can make decisions with confidence and share your financials with any lender, investor, or partner.
Beyond the Numbers
I've lived in Montgomery County my entire life, so the businesses we serve here are my neighbors. When I'm not in the numbers, I'm usually planning my next trip. Travel is how I recharge, and yes, I budget for it.
