How much does bookkeeping cost?
Pricing is custom, because no two businesses are alike. It depends on how many bank, credit card and loan accounts you have, how many transactions you run each month, and how often you need reporting. For cleanup or catch-up, it depends on how many months need attention. You pay for what your business actually needs.
What's the difference between cleanup and catch-up bookkeeping?
Catch-up means your books are behind and need to be brought current. Cleanup means your books are current but contain errors that need fixing. Many businesses need a little of both.
Do I need monthly or quarterly bookkeeping?
Monthly is best if you have steady transaction volume, employees, or want to make decisions from current numbers. Quarterly works for smaller businesses with fewer transactions. We'll recommend one on our first call.
Do you prepare taxes or run payroll?
No, and that's on purpose. I recommend keeping your bookkeeper and tax preparer separate, so two sets of eyes are on your numbers. We'll hand your tax preparer clean, organized books and can refer you to trusted tax and payroll partners.
Do I need to be on QuickBooks Online?
QuickBooks Online is our platform of choice. If you're not on it yet, we can set it up for you.
Do you only work with businesses in Conroe?

Is there a minimum commitment?
Monthly services have a three-month minimum. After that, you can cancel anytime with 30 days' notice.
